Disksomnia

Waiting for disks to wake up can be a frustrating experience for content creators who often work with media files located on multiple disks. Disksomnia 3.0 has been completely rewritten and works seamlessly in the background to keep any disk awake, including those that ignore Energy Saver preferences.

Disksomnia 3.0 is an invisible application with negligible overhead so system performance will not be affected. Options for controlling when it runs and which disks it affects can be set in a new System Preferences pane.
