Xe847® is a very complex nonlinear professional-quality technology, it doesn't simply increase contrast or colors.

It analyzes every single frame and reduces color-shifts from ambient light or bad camera whitebalance, corrects contrast, brightness, gamma and gradation curves in a complex non-linear way (unlike other methods), applies global and selective color corrections and makes blue sky, foliage and skin-tones look more natural.

Additionally you can override some internal parameters of the Xe847 algorithm and get maximum control over color constancy, brightness, contrast and color temperature.
