These units have been very reliable for us in our shop. We started with two 8TB Evo units about 3 or 4 years ago and now have two 16TB Evo 2k rackmount units running three documentaries and one PBS series.

Outstanding product and one we have used to move well over 100 projects from Avid to FCP seamlessly. Anyone who needs to interface with Avid houses for a conform or finish on FCP would do well to have this in your toolbox.

Without a doubt, THE best product on the market for Final Cut Pro. We are cutting multiple feature documentaries with footage from DV, DVCAM, DVCPro HD, Beta, BetaSX, DigiBeta, DVCPro HD and HDV. All of this footage is converted to one format (ProRes) and one frame size (720p) during ingest and it does it flawlessly.
We've been using AJA I think 6 years or so now and from the Kona 2 to the Kona 3, AJA is simply the best in the business.

For folks who don't want to spend the money on a JL Cooper Eclipse, this is an excellent color control surface. We decided to keep the one Tangent sent us for the review as it suits our needs well. Being USB connectivity, it's easy to simply plug and play in any of the room.
If you're a full time colorist doing this and nothing else all day everyday, then you probably want the Cooper Eclipse. For the rest of us, this is an excellent panel at a great price.
I have a full review on the Creative Cow website and in my own Blog.
